This one of a kinda home in Davis located in Stonegate sitting on the lake received a full refresh. Home was purchased with original finishes and the new owners were looking to remodel the entire home in their style. All work was performed with permits from the city of Davis, structural engineering to open up a wall in the kitchen and install a 22 ft beam. All design choices were made in conjunction with an interior designer. A truly one of a kind remodel.

Work included full remodel and reworking of the kitchen, removing of load bearing wall, running new electrical and plumbing to oversized island. Custom Quartzite counters, full back wall tile backsplash, instant hot at kitchen sinks. RO Water filtration systems. Built in microwave, induction cooktop, ice maker, beverage fridge, wall oven, flush mount kitchen hood at ceiling.

New master suite with heated tile floors, custom curbless shower, custom therapeutic soaker tub.

New glue down real hardwood floors throughout home, new paint throughout entire home and matching existing texture.
