Jordan Taghvai
Having worked at some of the largest Proptech Companies in the nation, I’ve spent my career running construction and business operations, managing large teams, and renovating thousands of homes throughout Northern California . Working at Invitation Homes, the largest single family REIT in the nation, I managed the construction of the acquisition, renovation, and maintenance of a portfolio of 5,000 single family rental homes in Northern, Ca. Working at Zillow I oversaw the Northern, Ca market for the acquisition and renovation of homes during their IBuying venture. Working at Redfin I ran the Home Services Division for the San Francisco Bay Area which included their IBuying arm where we purchased and renovated homes for resale as well as their concierge service where we worked with home owners to renovate their houses to get them top dollar on the market.
I’ve always had a passion for construction and real estate investing. After spending the past 15 years building up larger companies I wanted to take on a new challenge of my own venture. Renovating a home can be challenging, with rising costs, a tightening labor market and supply chain constraints at times it can often feel like an impossible task getting a project done on time and on budget.
I want to help people on their journey of renovating their homes and to make it as seamless and stress free as possible. With a strong team behind me and a trusted network of vendors I’ve built through the years we’re able to tackle projects with efficiency and meticulousness that has been learned from renovating so many homes through the years.
I pride myself on staying up to date on best building practices, ensuring the best end result, and a long lasting product. In addition to staying current with building codes to ensure we have a seamless renovation passing all relevant building inspections. We not only create a beautiful home but a safe and reliable home.
